In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days after it has been shipped.

Email hello@selagonzales.com with a subject "RETURN:Order_ID" to start the Return & Refund process. After we receive your item, it will be inspected, and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the bank account you will provide. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
All custom jewelry are final sale, non-refundable. Once a downpayment is made, it is non-refundable. We are not liable for stone damages in the process of setting them or if you decide you do not like it after purchase. Rest assured that our team will do our best to meet your standards and to handle your stones with utmost care.
